Adjusting packages for members

Sometimes you need to make changes to your release. One of the most commons changes is adding a product to group after they've already been set them up. In a few steps you can make those changes and get all your member's packages updated.

Adding products a step by step
Navigate to the release you're looking to edit and select Edit release.
If the product being changed isn't already in the release add it to the release
Scroll to the bottom and select Edit defaults at the bottom of the page
Select the filter option and filter by the group or groups you want to adjust
Select all members of the group, and select the Select all 50+ package line items
In the pop up at the bottom of the screen there is an Actions button - click and select Add products
Turn on the product you would like to add to all packages, and then determine the quantity and min/max for that product.
Save the changes, the product will now be available for all members of the group
Adjusting product quantities a step by step
Navigate to the release you're looking to edit and select Edit release.
Scroll to the bottom and select Edit defaults at the bottom of the page
Select the filter option and filter by the group or groups you want to adjust
Select the filter option and filter down by the product or products you need to adjust
Select all members of the group, and select the Select all 50+ package line items
In the pop up at the bottom of the screen there is an Actions button - click and select Override Quantities.
Add in the new values in either the Quantity or Min/max for the product. Leaving a field blank will keep the initial values in place.
Save the changes, the changes can take a minute for larger groups but the quantities will now be update.
