Overview:
The Batches dashboard in Bloom gives you a summary of your batch orders. It helps you track your orders and take actions at each stage of the process. The charts show order status: not batched, draft, preflight, succeeded, or failed. You can create new batches here to process orders as well.

Statuses

In Bloom, batches have their own statuses to track progress. Packages within batches have individual statuses too.
 
On the charts, you'll find these package statuses:

 

Not batched
Packages not included in a batch yet.

Draft
Packages in a batch without a Preflight report.

Preflight
Packages in generated Preflight reports.

Succeeded
Processed packages with payment collected and an order created.

Failed
Packages that couldn't be processed due to issues.


The possible statuses for batches are as follows:

Draft
Batches have assigned memberships, but no Preflight report yet.

Preflight
Draft batches with a Preflight report generated. Review before processing.

Processed
Attempted payment and order creation for all packages. Packages in these batches are either "Succeeded" or "Failed."

Archived
Batches no longer needed, moved to the Archived tab.
