Manage Member Pickup Orders

Fulfill member orders and manage pickups using the Member pickup orders tile.

Here's how to do it

Step 1: Add the member

Add a member to the cart to see if they have any pick up orders.

Step 2: View orders

Select the Pickup order tile to see if there is any pickup orders for the member.

Step 3: Check order status

Review the pickup orders to identify which ones are ready for pickup.

Step 4: Review completed orders

Select a completed order to view the order details.

Step 5: Mark order fulfilled

Review the order with the member, if everything is correct then mark as fulfilled.

Step 6: Manage early pickups

If applicable, select an upcoming shipment under the Not processed tab for early pickup. Select the package and review it with the member.

Step 7: Edit products

Make any necessary edits to the products in the upcoming release.

Step 8: Create batch order

Create the batch order which will generate a preflight report.

Step 9: Process batch order

Process the batch order and return to fulfill any new orders.

Troubleshooting

Order not showing up
Please check that the correct member profile is loaded in the cart. Sometimes a member can have one or more Shopify profiles but their membership will only be attached to one. Check the email and phone number on the member in the cart.

FAQ

Can I edit orders after fulfillment?
Once an order is created it can be difficult to edit. You might have to cancel and order and create a new one depending on the changes requested.
What if a member wants to pick up early?
If a release is available you can select the upcoming shipment to process early for the member. This allows you to customize and process their order ahead of the release and allow them to leave with the club release early.
