Manage Shipping Compliance

Add customers and manage shipping details in the compliance tile.

Let's do it together!

Step 1: Add Customer

Add your customer by either selecting an existing one or creating a new customer at the top.

Step 2: Add Items to Cart

Add the items your customer wants to purchase to their cart.

Step 3: Open Compliance Tile

Navigate back to the Bloom shipping and compliance tile to enter customer details.

Step 4: Enter Customer Details

Input the customer's date of birth and shipping address. If available, select their saved address from Shopify.

Step 5: Add New Address

If necessary, add a new shipping address and select the billing address to save.

Step 6: Set Preferred Shipping Date

If your warehouse accepts these you can set a preferred shipping date for the order.

Step 7: Check Compliance

Once all items are completed, click Check Compliance at the bottom to verify compliance status.

Step 8: Review Compliance Status

On the right-hand side, review the compliance attributes added to the cart, including shipping and point of sale compliance.

Troubleshooting

Compliance check fails
Ensure all required fields are filled out correctly before checking compliance.
Address not saving
Confirm that you are selecting the correct billing address and saving it properly.

Yes, you can add either a new customer or select an existing one.

You can add a new shipping address or select an existing one.
