Last updated on 09 Sept, 2026

Today we're going to review the Bloom Commerce Packages tile. With the Packages tile, you can quickly view any open package that a member has, make edits to them, and even process a package ahead of schedule if you'd like.

Step 1: Add a Member

First, we're going to add a member to the cart. You can do this by searching the member's name. When they come up, select the member. After adding navigate to the Bloom Packages tile, you'll see a number in the upper right hand corner. This will indicate the number of packages available.

Step 2: Select Package

Once selected the packages tile will display all packages currently available to the member. From there you can select a specific package to make edits if needed.

Step 3: Skipping a Shipment

In the top right corner is the Skip Shipment button. If you selected, you can skip the package for the member. The package status will change to skipped and they will not receive that package. If it's already skipped, you can use this button to reverse the Skip status and return it to a status of Open.

Step 4: Edit Products

The products selected in the member's package are displayed on this screen. If you'd like to edit those products, select the Edit Products button.

Once the edit button is selected you 'll see all the products available in the release. You can then make the adjustments needed to any product. If there are additional products listed, you can add those as well. Once your updates have been made select the save button at the bottom.

Step 5: Create Batch Order

If the member would like to purchase their package ahead of time, you can click the Create Batch Order button at the bottom. This will generate a pre flight report of the order to review before processing.

In the preflight view, you can adjust the payment method, billing information, delivery options and products again if you'd like to. The total is listed at the bottom.

Step 6: Adjust Shipping

If you want to switch the package to a shipping order, you can do that here. Selecting from addresses that are saved or adding a new address. You can also change the pickup location as well.

Since this customization is happening at the point of sale, you can select a pickup location and process it as a pickup order, then fulfill the order from the POS. If shipping the order please note the the compliance status is listed at the top of the screen.

Step 7: Process Order

At the bottom you'll select the Process Batch Order button. This will create an order for the member. Once created, we'll see this pickup order in the member pickup tile.

It can take a minute to process. Click the back to cart button in the top right.

Step 8: Fulfill Order

Now we can see it's completed and ready for pickup. If you select the order, you can then mark it fulfilled and the member can take their wine.
