POS: Editing Member Details with the memberships tile

Edit membership and payment details for a member.

This guide explains how to edit a member's details using the Memberships tile. Let's look at the steps:

Step 1: Add Member to Cart

Search for the member by name, email, or phone number and add them to the cart.

Step 2: Open Memberships Tile

After adding the member to the cart, go to the the Memberships tile and in the top right corner review the number of memberships the customer has. Select the tile to view membership details.

Step 3: Review Membership Details

Once loaded, review the member's current membership, customer information, and available packages.

To add another membership, use the Add Membership button. This process is covered in this help article.

Step 4: Edit Membership

Select the membership you want to edit. You can change the membership tier or group, such as switching to Mixed wines. Don't forget to save your changes.

Step 5: Update Membership Status

You can change the member's status, such as placing on hold or canceling. Select the desired status and save.

Step 6: Update Payment Information

To update a member's payment information, select the payment information option. You can add a card manually by entering the card number and billing address, or send a link to the member so they can update the details themselves.

Step 7: Change Delivery Method

Here can update the delivery method or change the shipping address . Choose an address on file, add a new address. You can also change the staff referral status here if needed.

Step 8: Edit Packages

Select Packages to edit a specific package. In this view you can skip the package, or edit the package items. Additional products can be added if requested.

Step 9: Create Batch Order

If the member wants to pick up their order ahead of time, create a batch order by selecting Create a Batch Order. This will create a pre-flight for the member and allow you to process the order immediately.
