Overview

A release is a highly-managed series of events that starts with you deciding what products you want to offer for that release, and ending with orders being created for the members you elect to include in the release. The term "release" is commonly used in the wine industry, where the winery decides to "release" wine shipments to their members on a set schedule, often three or four times a year. Products like wine can be challenging to ship, since inventory can change often, weather can affect shipping dates, and fulfillment can be complicated.
